      Was going to say, if he has a decent cell phone plan, maybe he should   
   transfer any files via cell phone data.... I used bit torrent on my android   
   phone to download some android games, but used ot use it for playing arcade   
   game emulators on my android, and would download things to use on my desktop,   
   then transfer via memory card to the desktop.... Keeps the others in the house   
   from complaining that your bogging down the internet, and you don't exceed your   
   limit for the house....  Unless your limited worse on your cellular...
