   Totally. You know why this is the case? It's all those peering agreements that   
   are in place between major providers. They charge each other for the bandwidth   
   (which really shouldn't be that expensive... they could cut their costs down to   
   10-15% and still pay the electric bills and colocation costs on all that   
   routing equipment), then trickle all of that cost down, so even big ISPs feel   
   it. It does suck. What is even worse is that Cogent is behind a lot of this   
   gouging. Eff them.
