   not in my freaking world it isnt.  with the increased use of streaming content   
   they shouldnt section us all off into tiered plans.  it's failed with   
   roadrunner.  you just have to say NO and perhaps change your provider to get   
   your point across.     
      
   we pay more for LESS in america than any other major country on his planet.   
   we cant let them screw us in the behind.
