   I hadn't read anything yet about it shutting down (also highly doubt it   
   as well), but from what I've read the last couple days they're getting   
   into some deep shit with the SEC.  Oh, and just read today that their   
   brand spanking new shareholders are pissed off enough that they're suing   
   anyone to do with the IPO...lol   
      
   We had an older gentleman come in early last week talking about the IPO.   
   I tried my best to warn him off...but he was committed to putting over   
   half his liquid assets into it, thinking even if he doesn't come out   
   ahead he'd just sit on it until he breaks even.  He couldn't even imagine   
   losing money on Facebook.  I wonder how much he's freaking out right now.
