   Well, "laws" are "what the government says" so it wouldn't break any privacy   
   laws.  I think it's an insane burden on the smaller ISPs, and I expect it to   
   be abused at least as often as it is used for the intended purpose.   
      
   On the other hand, I doubt it would ever impact my life in any way.
