   I haven't been following this as closely as I might, although I've been trying   
   to get caught up on it.  I would prefer that warrants continue to be required   
   for this sort of thing.  If the process of obtaining warrants is too slow or   
   cumbersome, perhaps that could be addressed in some way other than simply doing   
   away with it entirely.
