   Yes, the official Anonymous got its start with that.  I know many people have   
   claimed to be affiliated with them when Wikileaks started losing its funding    
   sources and they started the DDOS attacks on those payment systems, but I   
   have no idea if it was endorsed by Anonymous itself.   
      
   For that matter, I had no idea Anonymous even had a headquarters until I read   
   that statement.  :p
