Hi Folks,   
      
   Some turkey from NJ has decided to hit my system with a kiddie script that   
   adds new users oh about 10 or 20 at a time.  No big deal except it starts   
   busying-out the bbs/BBBS nodes so mail connections are impaired.   
      
   Rather than fight this moran for now and have him just switch ip addresses   
   (again), I've put a password in the system here for all new users.  You have   
   to email me at janis@filegate.net for the password before you can log on as a   
   new user.   
      
   This isn't nice to do to new users who dial up via modem, for sure.. but it's   
   necessary right now.  I can catch those few guys who come in via modem and   
   give them the password... that or figure out a script to give it to modem   
   users automatically.  I should be able to do that with BBBS's internal   
   programming language.
