When I mention to        > people that I run a bulletin board system, I often get a blank stare.              My thinking was that if I caught the attention of even one hiring person / HR       rep, then why not? I didn't even bother putting it under 'Hobbies' or       anything; it's straight under my phone number and email address up near the       header.              I know that when I was a manager, if I had seen a resume with a URL in the       contact fields, I would have spared a couple minutes to check it out if I was       at all curious about the person. In this case, if someone is even mildly       into any kind of social networks, they might put you on their list of people       to call in for interview.              Anyhow, it's no biggie. It doesn't hurt to put it on, and it might not do       anything for the resume.
