   ISP's across the country love to play the throttling and anti-server game.   
   What ever happened to quality products and customer service?  When I sign up   
   for x mbps download and x mbps upload, I should be able to use that any way I   
   want.  It's for the ISP to figure out how to manage the infrastructure and   
   upgrade it so that people can get what they paid for.
