   IIRC it's pretty much signal compatible with a 3.5" floppy drive, so you just   
   need simple adapter.  You can also find cables that have both types of   
   connectors (5.25" used an edge connector typically, 3.5" typically used an IDC   
   connector) on them.  Assuming your floppy controller still supports a 5.25"   
   drive, you're good to go.
