   Noone is safe from prosecution, bud. I've personally had my house raided   
   because of peer to peer related stuff, and I didn't make any money off of it,   
   or have a damn thing that was encriminating myself on the computer. I lost two   
   computers (evidence) and became a felon. Just keep an eye on what you do, and   
   what rights you REALLY think you have.
