   You need a magical build of SyncTERM which may or may not work anymore.  Until   
   I get a GUI front-end on SyncTERM, the whole thing appeared too hackish.   
      
   I'm currently contemplating other stuff, but the HTML thing is about the best   
   I've done so far.
