   The CMD ftp.exe is still there in Win10.   
      
   As others already mentioned WinSCP and FileZilla, I would like to add that     
   some advanced file managers like e.g. DirectoryOpus also include FTP     
   clients.   
   Here, it should also be possible to create scripts for automation :)
