This is totally annoying        AA> because the person is a senior and they have trouble        AA> remembering the password that was established months ago.              I had the same thing in my older TB (52.1.0) happen to me this week. It popped       up a browser window in TB with the google login screen. First I couldn't get       past this, untill I enabled "accept all cookies" in a TB setting. But after       that and successfull login TB still wouldn't show the new mail in my gmail       account.              In the end I gave up and removed the gmail account from TB. As I'm in the       proces of moving everything over to a new desktop computer with a newer TB,       that seems to access the gmail account just fine. I have no intention to fix       it in the older TB.               AA> The person is also using Gmail on their iPad and that one is        AA> cooperating fine.              Same here, I can access my gmail account just fine in webmail or in my gmail       client on my android phone.               AA> So.. is it normal for Gmail to start prompting for login        AA> credentials every few months?              This was the first time it happend to me. Maybe google changed something in       their authentication procedure. And as TB already has my account details       (email address / password) in it's config the popup browser window with the       login screen is totally unnecessary. Login/connect top the imap server should       be automatic and transparent from TB.              Bye, Wilfred.              --- FMail-lnx64 2.1.0.18-B20170815        * Origin: FMail development HQ (2:280/464)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 90/1 103/705 105/81 120/340 123/131 124/5016 154/10       SEEN-BY: 203/0 221/0 226/30 227/114 702 229/101 275 424 426 452 550       SEEN-BY: 229/664 1016 240/5138 5411 5824 5832 5853 249/206 317 400       SEEN-BY: 280/464 5003 288/100 292/854 8125 310/31 317/3 320/219 322/757       SEEN-BY: 342/200 396/45 423/120 712/848 770/1 2432/390 2452/250 2454/119       PATH: 280/464 240/5832 229/426           |
