   It's quite surprising that one may be pretty close to an urban center and still   
   have no net access, or 3G access (they would have to put up a bay station just   
   for you!).   
      
   Too bad those satellite phones are pricey to use, it's around 6 euros per   
   minute here, compared to a 0.03 euros per minute for a POTS line.
