   Although I don't use IE, it seems that IE has gotten better over the years.    
   However, I think the bit about Microsoft is still generally true.  These days,   
   many people have complained about the drastic changes made to the user   
   interface with Windows 8, and although many still aren't very happy with it in   
   Windows 8.1, I think people are getting used to it.
