   there ya go... that's the one bug we know of that can cause the address(es) in   
   the PKT header to be incorrect...

   there's no such thing as "the region part of the address"... you have   
   "zone:net/node.point" and may have "@domain" on the end or "domain#" at the   
   beginning IIRC when seeing FTN addresses written out normally... each of these   
   five values has its own field in the fixed size binary PKT header... the   
   original Type 2 (aka stoneage) packets only have room for zone:net/node... no   
   point or domain... the next version, Type 2+ has room for zone:net/node.point   
   but no domain... the third version, Type 2.2 has room for all five...
