   It's the common fidonet standard for automatic point creation and can be found   
   already in the nodelist by the CDP Flag.

   S            CDP       CD-Point capable (i.e. automatic point creation)   
      
   With an actual nodelist hotdoged would be able to find supporting CDP nodes   
   and could use an already existing infrastructure.
