   If someone you work with is making life difficult for you it could be because   
   they bear a grudge of some kind. Ask them straight what you have said or done   
   to annoy them so much and then set about putting it right. You can still be

   You need to accept that some people have more power than you do and that if   
   they use it against you the results won't be pleasant. Do whatever it takes to
