   You may find it hard to get excited about what is going on around you at the   
   moment but that's to be expected. There are a lot of big questions buzzing   
   around your brain, so find a quiet spot where you can be on your own - and   
   think!

   Don't sit at home waiting for others to get their act together. Get out into   
   the world and enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer. Aim to be a
