MSGID: 1:396/45.0 679001f6       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Farmhouse Breakfast Skillet        Categories: Vegetables, Pork, Eggs, Potqatoes, Herbs        Yield: 5 servings                3 tb Butter        1 sm Onion; fine chopped        1 cl Garlic; minced        1/2 Green or red bell pepper;        - fine chopped        6 md Potatoes; PEELED, DICed        1 c Diced ham        1/2 lb Bacon cooked, crumbled        Salt & pepper        pn Ground thyme                Boil your potatoes in a large pot of water for 5-7. They        should be firm and not-quite-done. Drain and rinse in        cold water. Set aside.                Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add        onion and garlic, and saute until softened, about 4        minutes.                Add the bell pepper and saute another 2 minutes.                Add the remaining ingredients, including potatoes, and        mix well. Cook hash until well browned, at least 10        minutes, stirring occasionally.                In order to firm up the hash a little more, I'll place        in a medium baking dish and pop it in a 250° oven while        I'm cooking up the rest of the meal.                Serve warm. Top with cheese and eggs, if desired.                MAKES: 4 - 6 servings                RECIPE FROM: https://www.thegraciouswife                Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen               MMMMM              ...
