      TZUTC: -0500       MSGID: 71689.homecook@1:2320/105 2bd8d4ae       PID: Synchronet 3.20a-Linux master/acc19483f Apr 26 202 GCC 12.2.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.20-Linux master/acc19483f Apr 26 2024 23:04 GCC 12.2.0       BBSID: CAPCITY2       CHRS: ASCII 1       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Tastes Like Thanksgiving Casserole        Categories: Poultry, Potatoes, Herbs, Vegetables, Dairy        Yield: 10 servings                6 md Potatoes; peeled, in chunks        1 1/4 c Chopped celery        3/4 c Chopped onion        1/2 c Butter; in cubes        6 c Unseasoned stuffing cubes        1 ts Poultry seasoning        1/4 ts Rubbed sage        1 c Chicken broth        4 c Cubed cooked turkey        21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of chicken        - soup; undiluted        1 ts Garlic powder        3/4 c Sour cream; divided        4 oz Cream cheese; softened        1/2 ts Pepper        1/4 ts Salt        1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese                Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water.        Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until        tender, 10-15 minutes.                Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute celery and onion in        butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the        heat. Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.                In a large bowl, combine the stuffing cubes, poultry        seasoning and sage. Stir in broth and celery mixture.        Transfer to a greased 13" X 9" baking dish.                In another large bowl, combine the turkey, soup, garlic        powder and 1/4 cup sour cream; spoon over stuffing        mixture. Drain potatoes; mash in a large bowl. Beat in        the cream cheese, pepper, salt and remaining sour cream;        spread over turkey mixture.
