         6 lg Eggs; lightly beaten   
         1 c  Sugar   
       1/2 ts Salt

       3/4 c  (packed) brown sugar   
       1/3 c  Butter; softened   
       1/3 c  A-P flour   
       1/2 c  Slivered almonds   
       
     In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Pour   
     into a ungreased 13" X 9" baking dish.   
        
     Combine topping ingredients and crumble over the top.   
     Bake, uncovered, @ 350ºF/175ºC for 45 minutes.
