Press into the bottom of a        13x9-in. dish in an even layer.                In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed        until smooth, 3-4 minutes. Beat in sugar and lemon juice        until fluffy.                In another separate bowl, beat heavy cream on        medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 4-5 minutes.        Reduce mixer speed to low; beat in lemon gelatin and        whipped cream into cream cheese until light and fluffy.        Pour mixture over graham cracker crust and spread into        an even layer. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup graham        cracker crumbs. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours or        overnight.
