         6 tb Milk   
         2 tb Butter; melted   
         1 lg Egg yolk; room temp   
       1/4 ts Vanilla extract   
         7 tb A-P flour   
         3 tb Sugar   
       1/2 ts Baking powder   
       1/4 ts Salt   
         2 tb Sprinkles   
              Pink vanilla frosting;   
              - warmed, opt   
       
     Spray a 16-ounce (2 cup) microwave-safe coffee mug with   
     cooking spray. Combine milk and butter in mug; whisk in   
     egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add flour, sugar, baking   
     powder and salt; stir to combine. Add sprinkles; stir to   
     combine.   
        
     Microwave on high until toothpick inserted in center   
     comes out clean, 2 1/2 minutes; mug will be hot. Serve   
     immediately. If desired, drizzle with warmed vanilla   
     frosting and top with additional sprinkles.
