      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 668aa7ab       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0400       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Baked Chicken Burritos        Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Breads, Cheese, Chilies        Yield: 12 servings                6 tb Butter        1 lg Onion; chopped        1/4 c Chopped bell pepper        1/2 c A-P flour        3 c Chicken broth        10 oz Can diced tomatoes w/green        - chiles; undrained (Ro*Tel)        1 ts Ground cumin        1 ts Chilli spice mix        1/2 ts Garlic powder        1/2 ts Salt        2 tb Chopped jalapeno peppers        15 oz Can chilli w/beans        8 oz Cream cheese; in cubes        8 c Diced cooked chicken        24 Flour tortillas (6");        - warmed        6 c Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack        - cheese        Salsa; opt                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.                In a Dutch oven, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add        onion and pepper; cook and stir until tender. Stir in        flour until blended; gradually stir in broth. Bring to a        boil; cook and stir 2 minutes. Reduce heat; stir in        tomatoes, seasonings and jalapeno. Cook 5 minutes. Add        chilli and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is        melted. Stir in chicken.                Spoon about 1/2 cup filling across center of each        tortilla; sprinkle each with 1/4 cup Colby-Monterey Jack        cheese. Fold bottom and sides over filling and roll up.        Place in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes.                Bake, covered, 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
