      TZUTC: -0400       MSGID: 37061.fido-homecook@1:3634/12 2b62e686       PID: Synchronet 3.18a-Linux May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.11-Linux r3.173 May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       CHRS: UTF-8 4       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Chocolate Pecan Skillet Cookie (Pizookie)        Categories: Cookies, Snacks, Chocolate, Nuts        Yield: 12 servings                1 c Butter        1 c Sugar        1 c (packed) brown sugar        2 lg Eggs; room temp        2 ts Vanilla extract        3 c A-P flour        1 1/2 ts Baking soda        1/2 ts Kosher salt        1 c Bittersweet (60% cacao)        - chocolate baking chips        1 c Chopped pecans; toasted        Vanilla ice cream; opt                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.                In a 12" cast-iron skillet, heat butter in oven as it        preheats. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together        sugar and brown sugar. When butter is almost melted,        remove skillet from oven and swirl butter until        completely melted. Stir butter into sugar mixture; set        skillet aside.                Beat eggs and vanilla into sugar mixture. In another        bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt;        gradually beat into sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate        chips and pecans.
