       1/4 c  (packed) brown sugar   
     1 1/2 ts Dried basil   
       1/2 ts Salt   
       1/2 ts Chilli sice mix   
         2 tb Oil; divided   
         4    1/2" thick-4 oz ea boneless   
              - pork loin chops   
       
     Mix first 4 ingredients; gradually stir in 1 tablespoon   
     oil (mixture will be crumbly). Rub over both sides of   
     pork chops.   
        
     In a large skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat;   
     cook chops 4-6 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes   
     before serving.
