      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 6689888e       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0400       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Pork Chops & Beans        Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Beans        Yield: 4 servings                4 Pork loin chops; 1/2" thick        1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper        1 tb Oil        2 md Onions; chopped        2 cl Garlic; minced        1/4 c Chili sauce        1 1/2 ts Brown sugar        1 ts Prepared mustard        16 oz Can kidney beans; rinsed,        - drained        1 3/4 c Lima beans; thawed                Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large        skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chops on        both sides. Transfer to a 3 qt. slow cooker. Discard        drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.        Add onions; cook and stir until tender. Add garlic; cook        and stir 1 minute. Stir in chili sauce, brown sugar and        mustard. Pour over chops.                Cook, covered, on low 4 hours or until meat is almost        tender. Stir in beans.
