     1 1/2 c  A-P flour   
         1 c  Graham cracker crumbs   
       2/3 c  Packed brown sugar   
         1 ts Baking powder   
       1/2 ts Salt   
         1 c  Butter; melted   
      
   MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------   
         4 c  Unsweetened finely shredded   
              - coconut   
        28 oz (2 cans) sweetened condensed   
              - milk   
        20 oz (2 jars) maraschino   
              - cherries; drained, chopped   
         2 ts Vanilla extract   
         1 ts Almond extract   
       
     Set oven @ 325oF/165oC.   
        
     In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients; stir in   
     melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom of a greased   
     13" X 9" baking pan.   
        
     In another bowl, mix filling ingredients; pour over   
     crust. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 35-40   
     minutes. Cool on a wire rack 1 hour. Refrigerate,   
     covered, 4 hours before cutting. Store in an airtight   
     container in the refrigerator.
