         Title: Pulled Turkey Tenderloin

        20 oz Turkey breast tenderloins   
         2 c  Water   
       1/2 c  Sweet pickle juice   
         2 oz Env onion soup mix   
         2 tb Canned, diced jalapeno   
              - peppers   
       1/2 c  Plain Greek yogurt   
         1 tb Yellow mustard   
       1/8 ts Pepper   
         5    Kaiser rolls; split   
      
   MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------   
              Prepared coleslaw   
              Sliced jalapenos   
              Sweet pickles   
       
     Place turkey in a 3 qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl,   
     combine the water, pickle juice, soup mix and jalapeno   
     peppers; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 6-8   
     hours or until meat is tender. Remove turkey and shred   
     with 2 forks. Transfer to a small bowl.   
        
     Strain cooking juices, reserving 1/2 cup. In another   
     small bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard, pepper and   
     reserved cooking juices. Pour over turkey; toss to coat.   
     Serve on rolls, with optional toppings as desired.
