      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 6688d5d8       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0400       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Bistro Turkey Sandwich        Categories: Fruits, Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese, Fruits        Yield: 4 servings                2 tb Butter; divided        1 lg Honeycrisp apple; in 1/4"        - slices        1/2 ts Sugar        1/4 ts Ground cinnamon        1/2 md Sweet onion; sliced        1/4 c Whole-berry or jellied        - cranberry sauce        4 Ciabatta rolls; split        1 lb Turkey; sliced        8 sl Camembert or Brie ( 8 oz)        3 c Arugula (2 oz)                Heat broiler. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon        butter over medium heat; saute apple with sugar and        cinnamon until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Remove from        pan.                In same pan, melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter over        medium heat; saute onion until lightly browned, 3-4        minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sauteed apple.                Spread cranberry sauce onto cut side of roll bottoms;        layer with turkey, apple mixture and cheese. Place on a        baking sheet alongside roll tops, cut side up.                Broil 3" - 4" from heat until cheese begins to melt and        roll tops are golden brown, 45-60 seconds.
