      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 6688a46d       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0400       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Easy Breakfast Strata        Categories: Breads, Poek, Cheese, Vegetables, Dairy        Yield: 12 servings                1 lb Loaf herb or cheese bakery        - bread; in cubes        1 lb Pork sausage        1 md Bell pepper; chopped        1 md Onion; chopped        1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese        6 lg Eggs        1 ts Ground mustard        2 c Milk                Place bread cubes in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish. In        a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage with pepper        and onion over medium-high heat until no longer pink,        5-7 minutes. With a slotted spoon, place sausage mixture        over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.                In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, mustard and milk;        pour over top. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.                Remove strata from refrigerator while oven heats.                Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in center comes        out clean, 30-35 minutes.
