Title: Joanna Gaines' Peanut Butter Balls
    Categories: Nuts, Chocoalte, Grains, Snacks
         Yield: 30 servings

7 tb Unsalted butter; room temp
         2 c Peanut butter
         2 c Powdered sugar
        10 oz Marshmallows
         1 ts Pure vanilla extract
         6 c Cocoa Krispies
        24 oz Chocolate bark coating

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment,
cream 4 tablespoons of butter, peanut butter, and
     powdered sugar until smooth.

In a 5 quart stock pot over medium heat, melt the
remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add marshmallows and
     vanilla, stirring until melted.

Add the peanut butter mixture to the pot and stir until
     smooth.

Mix in the Cocoa Krispies until well combined.

Form the mixture into 1 1/2" balls and place them on
the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 10
     minutes.

Melt the chocolate bark according to the package
Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the
melted chocolate, fully coating it. Place back on the
     baking sheet.

Refrigerate again until the chocolate coating hardens
     (about 20 minutes).

Transfer the balls to an airtight container and
refrigerate for up to 5 days.
