         Title: Easy Biscuits   
    Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy   
         Yield: 15 servings   
       
         2 c  A-P flour   
         3 ts Baking powder   
         1 ts Salt   
       1/3 c  Cold butter; in cubes   
       2/3 c  Milk   
       
     Set oven @ 450oF/232oC.   
        
     In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt.   
     Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.   
     Add milk; stir just until moistened.   
        
     Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently   
     8-10 times. Pat dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut with a   
     2-1/2" biscuit cutter.   
        
     Place 1" apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until   
     golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
