         1 lb 90% lean ground beef   
         1 lb Ground turkey   
         3 ts Chilli spice mix   
         3 ts Ground ancho chile   
         1 ts Cumin   
         1 ts Salt   
       1/2 ts Ground chipotle chile   
        14 oz Can crushed tomatoes   
        14 oz Can diced tomatoes w/green   
              - chilies   
        15 oz Can black beans; drained,   
              - rinsed   
        12 oz IPA beer   
         1 c  Chicken broth   
       
     Brown ground beef and turkey in large dutch oven until   
     fully cooked and crumbled apart   
        
     Add spices and stir into meat and let saute for about   
     1-2 minutes to bring out the flavors of the spices and   
     infuse them into the meat   
        
     Add all remaining ingredients and let simmer for about   
     15-20 minutes until warm and bubbly   
        
     Serve with chips, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, sour   
     cream or as desired
