      TZUTC: -0400       MSGID: 36186.fido-homecook@1:3634/12 2b16736a       PID: Synchronet 3.18a-Linux May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.11-Linux r3.173 May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       CHRS: ASCII 1       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Grilled Skirt Steak        Categories: Beef, Fruits, Herbs, Vegetables        Yield: 6 servings                1/2 c Apple juice        1/2 c Red wine vinegar        1/4 c Fine chopped onion        2 tb Rubbed sage        3 ts Ground coriander        3 ts Ground mustard        3 ts Fresh ground pepper        1 ts Salt        1 cl Garlic; minced        1 c Olive oil        1 1/2 lb Skirt steak; in 5" pcs        2 md Red onions; in 1/2" slices        2 md Red bell peppers; halved,        - seeded        12 Green onions; trimmed                In a small bowl, whisk the first 9 ingredients until        blended; gradually whisk in oil. Pour 1-1/2 cups        marinade into a dish or large bowl. Add beef; turn to        coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cover and        refrigerate remaining 1/2 cup marinade.                In a large bowl, toss vegetables with 1/4 cup of        reserved marinade. Grill red onions and peppers,        covered, over medium heat, until tender, 4-6 minutes on        each side. Grill green onions until tender, 1-2 minutes        on each side.                Drain beef, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over        medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness, 4-6        minutes on each side. Baste with remaining 1/4 cup        marinade during last 4 minutes of cooking. Let steak        stand 5 minutes.                Slice vegetables into smaller pieces; transfer to a        large bowl.
