      PID: BWPRO 3.11 [Eval]       MSGID: 1:18/200.0 66a36ea8       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Newlywed Chicken        Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese, Herbs        Yield: 8 servings                2 lb Boned, skinned chicken        - thighs        15 oz (2 jars)marinated, quartered        - artichoke hearts; drained        2 tb Olive oil        1 ts Salt        1/2 ts Pepper        1/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese        2 tb Minced fresh parsley                Heat broiler. In a large bowl, toss chicken and        artichokes with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a        broiler pan.                Broil 3" from heat 8-10 minutes, turning chicken and        artichokes halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with        cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is        melted.
