         Title: Spicy Touchdown Chilli

         1 lb Ground beef   
         1 lb Pork sausage   
        32 oz (2 cans) kidney beans;   
              - rinsed, drained   
        30 oz (2 cans) pinto beans; rinsed   
              - drained   
        29 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes   
              - w/green chilies; undrained   
    14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes w/onions;   
              - undrained   
        12 oz Beer   
         6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled   
         1 sm Onion; chopped   
       1/4 c  Chilli spice mix   
       1/4 c  Chopped pickled jalapenos   
         2 ts Ground cumin   
         2 cl Garlic; minced   
         1 ts Dried basil   
       3/4 ts Cayenne pepper

              Shredded cheddar cheese   
              Sour cream   
              Chopped green onions

              Diced onion   
       
     In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no   
     longer pink, 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; drain.   
     Transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker. Repeat with sausage.   
        
     Stir in the next 13 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low   
     until heated through, 4-5 hours. If desired, top   
     individual servings with shredded cheddar cheese, sour   
     cream and onions.
