         Title: Hot Dog Goulash

         1 lb Beef hot dogs; 1/4" slices   
        16 oz Can stewed tomatoes   
         1 md Onion; diced small   
         2 cl Garlic; pressed or minced   
              Oil   
         3 md Potatoes; in 1/4" dice   
              Salt, pepper & paprika   
       
     In a 10" skillet, put a small amount of oil and saute   
     the garlic and onion. Slice the hot dogs and cook with   
     the onion about 5 minutes over a moderate heat, stirring   
     frequently.   
        
     Add potatoes, stewed tomatoes and water to just cover   
     everything. Add seasonings. Continue cooking over   
     moderate heat until potatoes are tender.
