         8 oz Whipped cream cheese   
        12 sl Sourdough bread   
       3/4 c  Orange marmalade   
         4 lg Eggs; room temp   
         2 tb Milk   
              Syrup; opt   
       
     Spread cream cheese over 6 slices of bread; top with   
     marmalade and remaining slices of bread. In a shallow   
     bowl, whisk eggs and milk.   
        
     Heat a large greased cast-iron skillet or griddle over   
     medium heat. Dip both sides of sandwiches into egg   
     mixture. Place sandwiches in skillet; cook until golden   
     brown, 2-3 minutes on each side. If desired, serve with   
     syrup.
