   Not quite sure what your saying (must be a bad connection :D ) but if your   
   referring heavy QRM/N, it doesn't matter what format the net's using, it falls   
   to NC to decide who's next.   
      
   If your referring to joining a round-robin net after its begun, NC'll add you   
   to the end of the list and let you in soon as it gets to you.
