    2. how are you going to stop unlicensed users from gaining access to   
   "outbound" communications?   
      
   it's a great idea... I was thinking of doing the same thng on packet as i have   
   a bunch of 9600 tnc's around, but to be hones   
   around here, packet is dead for the most part.
