   I always thought 10-4 is simply "yes" or "acknowledge."   
      
   I thought 'over and out' was something different... 10-7 ?   
      
   We also used to say "Home 20" for when we were at home   
   as the location.   
      
   Okay - had to google this one - 10-36 for "what's the   
   correct time."
