   The same is true here. Almost every ham has a V/UHF handie-talkie but   
   only using it to scan the repeaters for activity.   
      
   This (OH0) is a small community so everybody has talked everybody else   
   and unless something special comes up there's nothing to talk about.   
      
   The ones licensed to operate on HF do that so you don't hear them on the   
   repeaters.
