   No need for me, because i rely on your statement above. You contradicted your   
   own statement "not transported" in the same sentance. The process of the   
   outgoing mail from the saved unsend message to other systems is mail   
   transportation. It includes tosser, mailer and maybe trackers that are used in   
   the transportation process.
