   perhaps you can tell us who is the moderator here, henri? there's never been   
   any election or choosing process for moderator that i know of and certainly   
   there's been no posting of the rules by whomever you think is the moderator...   
   the echo was started by its moderator and has been maintained by a moderator   
   since then... echos simply do not suddenly popup into existence without   
   someone starting them and that someone is the moderator... that is the fidonet   
   way and it always has been... you've been around long enough to know this...
