   Unless Synchronet keeps its netmail in MSG format, you can comment it out.   
      
   Sync is a modern BBS so it most likely uses Squish or JAM.

   Many mailers use MSG format netmails as spool/control data, but your real   
   netmail area (ie. the one you write normal netmail messages in and the one   
   incoming messages are delivered to) is most likely somewhere else.   
      
   You can still set the various spool directories as netmail areas so that you   
   can see what's going on for debugging purposes.
