   Should there be any issue running Golded on a 64 bit Linux system? (Debian 8   
   or Testing...?)  I've been running a 32 bit version (statically linked, IIRC)   
   on a 32 bit Debian system for years (ftn.rocasa.net, where 1:120/544 currently   
   is) but need to move that to another system as well as to get it running on my   
   laptop, both of which are 64 bit systems.   
      
   I was able to do a package build of the 20160201 snapshot with warnings no   
   apparent major issues (though the existing debian/ directory needs much   
   updating...) and the package as built does install but it doesn't actually run   
   properly under either of the two 64 bit Debian 8 systems I need to get it   
   running on.  If others are not seeing such issues on 64 bit Linux systems,   
   I'll update the debian build to add a debug symbols package and install that   
   to see if I can see where the problem is coming from.
